Meet the Team

  • Gin Yang

Gin discovered Pilates in 2006 and found that it changed her posture, strength, and body awareness. The more she did Pilates, the better she felt so eventually she decided to pursue her passion. Gin completed instructor training in 2017, and is a certified Stott Pilates instructor. Gin completed TRX instructor training in 2020 and Fascia Movement instructor training in 2022. In her free time Gin is an avid skateboarder and martial artist. She has been teaching Kung Fu since 2007 and continues to practice and teach martial arts as a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kajukenbo.

  • Anna Gordon

Anna has been a Pilates practitioner for over 15 years with instruction in classical, Basi and Stott methods, first to address back and hip issues from running and ultimately as a life enhancing practice for posture, strength and mobility. As both practitioner and instructor, Anna has found the Pilates community to be supportive and inspiring and loves sharing these benefits with others! She is a Stott trained instructor.

  • Liz Jaquette

Liz has been practicing Pilates since 2017, and loved it so much, she decided to undergo Stott instructor training to get others excited about practicing Pilates as well. She especially loves the strength and mobility that comes from a regular practice. Liz’s classes typically involve lots of spinal movement and an emphasis on glutes and core. And every class needs to have some planks!

  • Megan Weidlich

Megan has a decade of experience teaching Pilates. She is a certified instructor through STOTT Pilates and this contemporary style aligns well with her beliefs about optimal body movement and beautiful coordination. She believes Pilates is the idealistic form of exercise across the lifespan, from the older generation managing arthritis to postpartum moms restoring health, or the athlete hoping to improve their performance. She is a Physical Therapist practicing in Seattle, and in her spare time she enjoys exploring the beautiful PNW with her family.

  • Uraina Nagy

Uraina is CONFIDENT that Pilates is for YOU. Having taught in environments ranging from physical therapy clinics to the Pacific Northwest Ballet and Bodycenter Studios (where she also received her training and certification 15+ years ago,) she has had the joy of helping countless individuals achieve their physical goals through their Pilates practice. Whether it has been in private sessions or in the group class setting, Uraina takes pride in hearing from clients how much they appreciate her articulate cuing of not only the exercises, but also of the proper muscular activation and how to troubleshoot common (and unusual!) physical compensations. She finds it very fulfilling to help people gain even greater awareness of their bodies and its abilities. Uraina loves that wherever you are on your physical journey, her approach to Pilates, in its myriad applications, is an incredibly adaptable and sustainable form of exercise that will support your well-being regardless of your physical abilities and/or challenges. Aside from teaching, she loves dancing, thrifting, chilling, and adventuring with both her husband and 5 year old daughter who keeps her on her toes!

  • Ellie Logan

Ellie found Pilates while looking for ways to alleviate the chronic pain and stiffness accompanying an autoimmune disease and endeavored to become a teacher after falling in love with the practice. She is a big believer in creating accessible and sustainable movement for all bodies and hopes to foster a safe and encouraging environment for clients. Ellie’s teaching style is contemporary, completing her comprehensive training through Balanced Body. Ellie has continued her education by attending trainings on size inclusivity in Pilates and Pilates for aging bodies.

Apart from Pilates, Ellie has interests in photography and design and in her free time loves cooking for friends, hiking, reading, and lounging around with her two dogs and partner.

  • Arielle Wilson

My name is Arielle, and I’m passionate about all things movement. My Pilates journey began in high school when I used it along with workout tapes to shed some extra weight while transitioning into young adulthood. It worked wonders and helped prepare me for dance classes. As an adult, I rediscovered my love for fitness and became an avid gym-goer. My path into personal training started with NASM education, and I haven’t looked back since.
Pilates re-entered my life when I met a wonderful instructor who traveled the world teaching and hosting retreats. That experience led me to explore instructors on YouTube, where I developed a regular mat Pilates routine. A few years later, I took the plunge and got certified through STOTT Pilates to refine my skills and deepen my practice. I fell in love with Pilates all over again and can’t wait to share this passion with my students.
As an instructor, I emphasize Joe Pilates' philosophy on breath and control. It’s incredibly important to me to guide students in learning proper technique while enjoying new and challenging ways to move. Watching students grow in their practice and connect with their bodies is truly a highlight of what I do. I look forward to joining you on this journey.

Let’s move together and show your body some love!
