  • Arielle Wilson

My name is Arielle, and I’m passionate about all things movement. My Pilates journey began in high school when I used it along with workout tapes to shed some extra weight while transitioning into young adulthood. It worked wonders and helped prepare me for dance classes. As an adult, I rediscovered my love for fitness and became an avid gym-goer. My path into personal training started with NASM education, and I haven’t looked back since.
Pilates re-entered my life when I met a wonderful instructor who traveled the world teaching and hosting retreats. That experience led me to explore instructors on YouTube, where I developed a regular mat Pilates routine. A few years later, I took the plunge and got certified through STOTT Pilates to refine my skills and deepen my practice. I fell in love with Pilates all over again and can’t wait to share this passion with my students.
As an instructor, I emphasize Joe Pilates' philosophy on breath and control. It’s incredibly important to me to guide students in learning proper technique while enjoying new and challenging ways to move. Watching students grow in their practice and connect with their bodies is truly a highlight of what I do. I look forward to joining you on this journey.

Let’s move together and show your body some love!
