Class Descriptions & Pricing
Group Classes
Group reformer and equipment classes have a maximum of 5 students and are 50 minutes long.
ESSENTIAL reformer
The Essentials class focuses on the concepts of Pilates. It is great if you've never tried Pilates before or an experienced practitioner that wants to focus on form. It allows you to connect to your deep core, focus on the breath, pay attention to each movement, but most importantly to connect different sections of your body so they work in correlation to each other.

All Levels
Reformer & EQUIPMENT
This class is appropriate for all levels, all bodies. It is a more gentle paced class that goes thru essential exercises on the Pilates Reformer. You will move your spine in all directions, and focus on building core strength.
ALL LEVELS
Reformer Intervals
A class on the Pilates Reformer that incorporates intervals of higher intensity work mixed with and strength and core intervals. To get your heart rate up, we will work at a faster pace and may use the Cardio Tramp.
INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED
INTERMEDIATE Reformer & EQUIPMENT
This Pilates reformer class is medium paced and includes intermediate level exercises. You will work on balance and strength, but also focus to increase body awareness and coordination.
Intermediate, advanced
Advanced REFORMER & Equipment
This is an advanced level class intended for people who have a regular pilates practice. Please ask for instructor approval before enrolling

Strength + Pilates
This is a fusion class combining strength training with Pilates. You will use dumbbells and traditional strength training PLUS the reformer, tower or mat for pilates. Adding extra weights to a pilates class, you still get the benefits of pilates principles and attention to alignment.

Private sessions
Private Pilates sessions are available for individuals, as well as groups of up to four. Our schedule is currently limited for privates, so please send us a message to inquire about booking!
