Group Classes
Group reformer and equipment classes have a maximum of 4 students and are 50 minutes long.
Foundations reformer
The Foundation class focuses on the concepts of Pilates. It is great if you've never tried Pilates before or an experienced practitioner that wants to focus on form. It allows you to connect to your deep core, focus on the breath, pay attention to each movement, but most importantly to connect different sections of your body so they work in correlation to each other.

This Pilates Reformer series is designed with the runner in mind. Runners who participate in strength training on a regular basis are less likely to suffer injuries and their running becomes more efficient. While this class may include reformer exercises you are familiar with, the workout routine will be tailored towards not only building the strength and endurance you need, but also support stability around the ankle and lumbopelvic complexes, followed by some feel good flexibility and cool down. This class is open for anyone, including walkers+regardless of your level of running.

Postnatal Reformer
The body undergoes a lot of changes during pregnancy and postpartum. Often women struggle to feel like themselves or return to prior activities during this special time. The goal in this class is to work on connecting the mama back to her body, helping to improve posture, build strength to reduce the repetitive strains often experienced when caring for little ones, and find a balance or symmetry within the body that we so often crave. As a postpartum mama herself, instructor Megan hopes to empower others to take some time for self care and come have fun with other mamas in this reformer class.
